Our client has an immediate opening for a certified Surgical Technologist to join the Labor & Delivery team at a well-respected hospital in Yonkers, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment alongside a skilled healthcare team.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

7am - 3pm.

Coordinates tasks in an orderly, sequential, and conscientious manner, ensuring safe and efficient surgical support.

Completes assignments promptly while actively participating as a collaborative and dependable member of the surgical team.

Appropriately plans and adjusts care based on patient needs, surgeon preferences, and procedure modifications to ensure optimal outcomes.

Effectively identifies equipment issues and follows correct procedures for repair, replacement, or escalation to maintain a safe surgical environment.

Job Requirements :

Labor & Delivery experience preferred; 1-2 years required, with certification.

2 years of operating room experience or equivalent clinical background.

Diploma from an accredited Surgical Technologist program.

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
