We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

They will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls that meet our needs and drive our success on a global scale.

Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP.

2. Manage all aspects of the accounts payable function including vendor management, invoice processing, and payment.

3. Perform month-end close procedures, including account reconciliations, analysis of financial data, and management of the close schedule.

4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analyze variances to help understand trends in the business.

5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

6. Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.

7. Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures, processes, and overall efficiency.

8. Provide guidance on financial matters to company leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

3. In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

4. Proven experience in managing accounts payable and month-end close procedures.

5. Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.

6. Exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

9. Experience with accounting software and databases.

10. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

11. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
