Responsibilities :

  • Advise and assist the NGC in executing its CGTC duties, shaping the future of GEOINT training.
  • Collaborate with top government minds in meetings focused on policy, standards, and emerging training needs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to support NGA's GEOINT strategies and build key partnerships.
  • Develop and recommend visionary goals and performance metrics for the organization.
  • Implement transformative initiatives that enhance GEOINT interoperability and policies.
  • Support NGC Program and Annual Plan development to ensure training excellence.
  • Facilitate meaningful discussions at internal and external meetings.
  • Provide crucial policy input to government agencies and key stakeholders.
  • Create and synchronize strategic timetables and milestones.
  • Coordinate with customers to support GEOINT training requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Top Secret SCI (TS / SCI) Security Clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience shaping policies, mission statements, and more.
  • Strong project planning and leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Project for project scheduling.

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Knowledge of DoD doctrine and military GEOINT support.
  • Familiarity with GEOINT doctrine and the NSG / ASG community.
  • Understanding of the DITEB (Defense Intelligence Technical Enterprise Board).
  • Familiarity with NSG and ASG partner agreements.
  • Knowledge of GEOINT training programs.
