Senior Data Analyst

This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.

We are seeking a SR. Data Analyst , focused on optimizing demand forecasting across our marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure capacity meets dynamic demand.

This position will play a critical role in aligning resources, improving efficiency, and maximizing operational performance.

A key aspect of this role includes delivering clear, data-backed insights to leadership, requiring strong analytical, SQL, and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead forecasting initiatives that synchronize demand and capacity planning across marketing, sales, and operations teams, ensuring optimal alignment to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain advanced forecasting models for direct response marketing and sales, using SQL and statistical techniques to anticipate resource needs accurately.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies, enhancing performance and enabling responsive capacity adjustments.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Excel, delivering timely insights that support data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize capacity, demand, and performance metrics, providing clear, actionable insights for team optimization.
• Investigate operational bottlenecks and performance issues, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Present data findings and strategic recommendations to executives and team leaders through impactful presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in business or data analytics, with a focus on forecasting, demand planning, or supporting cross-functional operations.

Experience with direct response consumer business is a plus

• Proficient in SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis; experience building and refining forecasting models preferred.
• Strong skills in data visualization, particularly with Tableau, to convey insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive-level presentation.
• Proven ability to lead and drive projects independently while fostering strong collaboration across teams to achieve business goals.
• Passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven strategy within teams.

WORK ENVIORNMENT :

Monday Friday 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm Onsite 2-3 days in office required.

COMPENSATION :

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $81,000 - $101,000.
