RESPONSIBILITIES : Duties include one OR all of the following tasks as assigned by the Nurse Supervisor :
- Personal Hygiene and Care;
- Reading and recording temperature, pulse and respiration;
- Mobility;
- Elimination / toileting / incontinent care;
- Nutrition / Meal Assistance;
- House cleaning, including dusting furniture, sweeping, vacuuming and washing floors; kitchen care, including dishes, appliances and counters;
- bathroom care; emptying and cleaning bedside commode; changing bed linens; washing inside windows within reach.;
- Laundry including ironing (only client’s personal laundry);
- Accompany clients to appointments (not transport) and ensure safe return home;
- Shopping Assistance;
- Reality orientation and sensory stimulation;
- Hoyer lift;
- Verbal medication reminder;
Practice standard precaution / infection control to prevent cross contamination.
Other Duties as assigned such as Responsibilities as described in the Emergency Operations
Salary : Based on experience. $14.00 - $16.00
