This position supports departmental efficiency by handling patient scheduling, registration, pre-admission, admission, reception, and discharge functions.
Responsibilities also include obtaining complete and accurate patient demographic information. Patient Access Representatives use proper, compliant techniques for patient liability collection before, during, and after the date of service.
