The Account Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for building strong client relationships, growing net-new business, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, sales prospecting, and developing lasting partnerships with potential clients.
Some of the primary responsibilities are as follows :
- New Business Development : Identify, target, and pursue net-new business opportunities to expand the customer base within a designated market.
- Lead Generation : Proactively seek out potential clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and other prospecting strategies.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with potential clients to drive deals forward.
- Client Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, effectively positioning Responsive Technology Partners' IT services and solutions.
- Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform and optimize sales strategies.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements that address client needs while aligning with company offerings.
- Quota Attainment : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills :
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interface with the technical team.
- Windows 10 / 11 experience
- MS Office and other standard office applications experience
- Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding computer network configuration LAN, WAN, Wireless technical configuration is not required.
- MSP or technology field experience is preferred
