- 72 bed unit serving adult general medical and medical oncology patients
- Patient population includes young adults (age 18) to geriatric.
- Adult medical : The majority of patients are admitted with gastrointestinal disorders and heart or lung conditions ranging from acute episodes to chronic.
- Others diagnoses include uncontrolled metabolic disorders, infectious processes, skin integrity disorders, neurological and circulatory impairment, as well as secondary conditions such as kidney disease or diabetes.
- Medical Oncology : Medical Oncology patients and palliative / hospice

Qualifications
Required :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Nursing students who have completed one clinical rotation
- Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, or nursing school students with one semester of clinical completed
- CPR - Basic Life Support
