What does a Large Loss Reconstruction Project Manager with Paul Davis do?
The Large Loss Reconstruction Project Manager will professionally manage a portfolio of residential and commercial restoration rebuild projects on time and on budget.
This individual must be empathetic to the situation, schedule appropriate sub-trades, select materials, work with colleagues and clients to create a smooth process, oversee the project through the punch-list phase and assist with collections, supplements and change-orders throughout the project.
They will control of the project phases while managing multiple projects at one time.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to :
- Professionally represent the Paul Davis value of respecting the individual
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operates in compliance with all Paul Davis processes, policies, better business practices, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which Paul Davis Restoration operates
- Professionally manage rebuild projects from start to finish, on time and on budget
- Recruit quality, dependable subcontractors
- Actively document job progress and customer communication
- Proactively communicate with insurance adjusters throughout rebuild process
- Partner with a Project Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork relative to the restoration project are completed on time
- Exhibit clear, open and timely communication wtih property owners throughout the entire process
- Be friendly, understanding and passionate when assisting our clients in the restoration of their home or business
- Contour work orders, submit change-orders, create budgets and proactively stay on top of the scheduling of events from start to finish
- Must effectively balance multiple projects at one time ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-yeas related experience in restoration large loss and commercial construction jobs
- Experience in high-end residential and commercial construction preferred
- All qualified candidates must possess a valid Colorado Driver License and pass a background check
- Qualified candidate will appear neat and professional
- Must be detail oriented, growth minded, reliable, patient and organized
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements :
The physical environment requires you to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently having stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs.
