RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate and facilitate patient care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation
- Communicate patient needs to a variety of care team members and follow up accordingly
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and nurses to ensure high quality care
- Infection Control : Track Covid Cases for facility, provide education to all staff regarding infection control : Monitor trends of various types of infections
- Imunization tracking
- assist with med room / med cart audits weekly and follow up with pharmacy as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must have active Nursing License (RN / LPN)
