YOUR PURPOSE

Coin Metrics is seeking a Director of Growth in the EMEA Region to work directly with our CEO, Growth and Account Management teams.

As a vital member of our sales organization, you will gain a thorough knowledge of Coin Metrics products and their unique advantages over competitors.

You will learn how our products meet the specific needs of our clients while establishing and fostering strong relationships with prospective customers.

YOUR VALUE

  • Understanding the prospective and current customers’ organizations, including how they derive revenue and how data contributes to value generation for their organizations
  • Understanding CM products and their key differentiators versus competitors
  • Understanding how key CM product features address prospective client needs
  • Developing relationships with prospective clients
  • Creating and maintaining a balanced pipeline of longer-term strategic opportunities and shorter-term revenue generating opportunities
  • Managing the sales lifecycle from lead generation to close - this includes identifying prospective customers, engaging with prospects to discuss their needs, qualifying leads, describing and demoing CM products, proposing solutions, answering follow-up questions
  • Documenting and sharing key insights from prospective customer conversations with sales, product, and marketing teams to inform future product roadmaps and marketing strategies
  • Negotiating deal prices and terms and preparing contracts / agreements
  • Generating annual recurring revenue for Coin Metrics
  • Documenting sales activities and conversations in CRM
  • Maintaining a constant pulse on industry trends, which influence lead generation
  • Traveling as needed to meet with prospects and clients and attend industry events

YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively run client facing meetings to achieve sales objectives
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in prior sales role with a focus on driving new logos and experience running larger enterprise accounts
  • Ability to probe and qualify opportunities and match products with problems identified by prospect
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM databases (Hubspot is a plus), Google Workspace & MS Office Products
  • Passionate about being a part of a decentralized financial services future with advanced knowledge of cryptoassets and blockchain technology
  • Advanced knowledge of financial data and capital markets
  • Strong sales acumen with focus on strategic and consultative relationship-building
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
