Location High Point, NC
Shift- 3 : 00 PM -11 : 30 PM
Contract length- 13 weeks
Pay- $33 / hr - $35 / hr

- Provide basic medical and nursing care, including administering medication, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist in the evaluation of patients' needs and provide initial patient assessment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians and registered nurses, to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Document patient health information and care provided accurately and timely.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the patient care environment.
- Observe and maintain infection control practices.
- Participate in patient and family education.
- Respond to emergency situations with appropriate nursing interventions.
- Report any changes in patients' conditions to the supervising registered nurse or physician.
- Contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance and standards of care.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Strong understanding of nursing principles and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping.
- Experience in administering medications and performing basic nursing procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care responsibilities.
- Knowledge of infection control standards and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respect for patients' rights and privacy.
- Willingness to continue learning and adapt to new healthcare technologies and procedures.
- Physical stamina and emotional resilience to handle the demands of the role.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
