The Opportunity

Williams International has a need for engineering summer () intern positions.

Interns may be assigned to any one of the following engineering areas :

• Mechanical : Design, D Modeling, D Prints, Layout of Engine Systems, Bill of Materials, Stackup Analysis, Structural Analysis
• Aerodynamics : Design, Performance Analysis, Fluid Flow Requirements
• Thermodynamics : Engine Cycle Modeling, Engine to Engine Data Comparisons, Cycle and Thermo Analysis
• Electrical : Design, Embedded Control Systems, Engine Control Software, Component / Assembly Testing
• Software : Development, and Troubleshooting
• Manufacturing : Additive, Advanced, Automation, Electrical, Process Development, Facilities, Test Methods
• Chemical / Material Science : Materials and Processes, Chemical Coating, Welding Process, Penetrant Inspection
• Quality : Reliability, Requirements, Buy and Make Part Inspection, Manufacturing Process Review, Failure Investigation

Intern Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum of credit hours (must be a junior or senior standing or in a Master’s program)
• Minimum cumulative GPA , preferred
• Course study must be in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Civil Engineering
• U. S. Citizenship required
• Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U.
