We are currently searching for a talented Civil Engineer I to join our team in Minnetonka, MN! This will be a hybrid position!

Your options as a civil engineer are endless at SEH. You’ll engineer better communities complete streets, safer sidewalks, more sustainable utilities, and trails and parks.

Others specialize in large-scale projects, like flood control facilities, dams, landfills, harbors / marinas, structural retaining walls and larger geotechnical projects.

Regardless of the project, you’ll have your hands in the mix through all phases of a project : planning, pre-design, design, contract documentation, bidding and construction.

As people walk, drive, bike or commute through a community or across a landscape, your expertise is positively impacting their daily lives.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous project management, design and construction administration experience of Civil / Municipal projects including site improvements, streets, drainage and utilities
• Previous experience serving as a design engineer or project manager for multiple city infrastructure projects
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work
• Experience in preparing project plans, specifications and bidding documents
• Previous experience in project proposal preparation and client service management
