The primary role of the Cook is planning, preparing and cooking of food items to ensure the highest quality of product and experience for members and guests. Core Responsibilities :
- Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas (i.e. chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces)
- Setup, clean, organize and stock cooking stations with supplies, products and equipment
- Recognize and resolve guest complaints and concerns, while maintaining an elevated dining experience and service standards Qualifications :
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
