DGA Security, a national leader in the fire and security industry, has an immediate opening for a highly qualified Account Executive to join our fire systems business unit in NYC.

About the Role

What You Will Be Doing

  • Call on new and existing customers to promote, quote, and sell our full offerings of fire alarm services.
  • Coordinate with our robust in-house engineering and design team, including our P.E., project managers and CAD department to design comprehensive systems solutions for the most discerning clients.
  • Pursue design-build opportunities with building owners and developers on negotiated projects.
  • Maintain leads, quotes, and closed business in our Salesforce platform.
  • Post-sale, coordinate with our Service Department to schedule necessary services.

Requirements :

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of proven Business to Business sales with emphasis on service agreement sales in
  • Fire alarm experience is desired but not required
  • Superior negotiation and closing skills by gaining the trust of a client / prospect through honest interaction and providing answers to their questions
  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship building
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and english language fluency
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills are required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
