Senior Business Analyst - Commercial Solution Design Expert

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead and execute successful projects for top pharmaceutical clients.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in driving end-to-end market analysis, encompassing market research, business process optimization, data insights, and digital transformation.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage project planning, strategy development, execution, and post-project activities using cross-functional teams.

The candidate will also be responsible for building centers of excellence, creating scalable playbooks, and driving business improvement initiatives.

Responsible for documenting user journeys and process to define the complete solution documents.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, strategy development, and execution of business projects from inception to post-project analysis.
• Oversee the coordination and integration of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct thorough market research to inform project strategies and optimize business processes using data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective project plans.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to drive project success.
• Develop and implement centers of excellence and comprehensive playbooks that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
• Standardize best practices and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project operations.
• Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and drive timely regulatory approvals through effective planning and coordination.
• Lead the execution of digital transformation initiatives to maximize business efficiency and visibility.
• Manage public relations initiatives and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement strategies.
• Organize and oversee successful project events to drive stakeholder engagement and project outcomes.
• Utilize the latest tools and technologies to enhance business value and drive revenue growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into project strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and effective communication throughout the project process.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements :

• Proven experience (10+ years) in managing successful business projects for top pharmaceutical clients.
• Strong background in market research, business process optimization, and leveraging data insights for strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience in developing centers of excellence and creating scalable operational playbooks.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in securing regulatory approvals.
• Expertise in digital transformation, public relations, and KOL engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in the latest project-related tools and technologies.
