Manager of Acute Rehab Services
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Acute Rehab Services to fill an opening with a hospital in Miami, FL .
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Acute Rehab Services :
- Lead and manage a comprehensive rehabilitation program, overseeing all aspects from program development and staff training to quality assurance and issue resolution.
- Ensure budget compliance, explore strategies to increase reimbursement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Shift : M-F, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
Required Manager of Acute Rehab Services :
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- One of these licensures :
- Occupational Therapist
- Physical Therapist
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
- Speech-Language Pathologist
- 4+ years of supervisory experience
