Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for concrete construction? We are in search of a Permanent Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead large-scale commercial projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career and relocate to sunny Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our concrete construction projects, from planning to completion, while managing a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include :

1. Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large commercial concrete construction projects.

2. Managing project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

3. Developing and implementing project strategies and plans, and ensuring all project objectives are met.

4. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to keep them informed about project progress.

5. Identifying potential project risks and devising and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

6. Ensuring all construction activities comply with industry safety and quality standards.

7. Resolving any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

8. Continuously reviewing and improving project management processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Senior Project Manager role, you must meet the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in concrete construction.

2. Proven experience in managing large commercial projects from start to finish.

3. A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

4. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

5. Strong strategic planning abilities and a proven track record of effectively managing resources and budgets.

6. A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

7. Proficiency in project management software tools.

8. Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team.

9. Willingness to relocate to Florida.
