A company is looking for a Sr. Credentialing Coordinator to manage provider credential files and liaise with credentialing vendors.
Key ResponsibilitiesObtain and maintain current physician information and rosters from contracted radiology groupsPrepare and submit physician information to the credentialing vendor and organize credentialing filesPrepare completed credentialing files for presentation to the credentialing committee for approvalRequired QualificationsAssociate's Degree or equivalent experience5-7 years of credentialing experienceMinimum of two years direct hands-on experience in a Windows environment, Microsoft Word / Excel, and Google SheetsSelf-motivated with the ability to complete projects independently within established timeframesPreferred : CMSC and / or CPCS certification
