A Westside CPG company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to onboard in this newly created position due to company growth.

In this Demand Planning Manager role, this person will be responsible for supply chain planning, demand forecasting, analyzing SKUs and sales channels, and inventory management.

To be successful in this role, the Demand Planning Manager should be strategic, have great communication skills, and be a leader.

What do you need for this Demand Planning Manager role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• MUST have CPG experience What will you do in this Demand Planning Manager role?
• Create and implement supply chain strategy
• Demand forecasting and production planning
• Forecast demand trends based on a variety of data and business related factors
• Inventory management
• KPI monitoring and analysis of inventory turn, service levels, and accuracy of forecast

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
