Position : Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location : Naperville, IL
Job Type :
Full-time, for the 2024-2025 school year Schedule : Monday to Friday, approximately 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm Onsite : Provide services across multiple school buildings
Key Responsibilities :
Comprehensive Support :
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten to 12th grade, addressing a wide range of needs and abilities.
Assessment and Intervention :
Conduct assessments to identify students' motor and sensory needs, and develop individualized therapy plans to address areas of concern.
Collaboration and Communication :
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure the delivery of effective therapy services and support student progress.
IEP Participation :
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to review goals, progress, and make recommendations for therapy services.
Requirements : OT Certification :
OT Certification :
Hold certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Illinois.
Experience :
Previous experience working with students in a school setting is preferred, but passionate and motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.
