RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Travel assignment - backfill position
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) role in 345-bed facility
• Patient ratios of 1 : 5 for both day and night shifts
• Required to float to all inpatient Med / Tele and Rehab units
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of strong telemetry experience required
• Chemo certification preferred (enables scheduling on Oncology unit)
• Work with various equipment and EMR system Meditech
• Care for large cardiac population across 2 Tele floors and PCU
• Handle varied medical procedures across different units
• Must demonstrate flexibility, willingness to float, and team player attitude
• Compassion and adaptability essential for success
• Excellent learning opportunity to care for patients with varied acute and chronic medical issues
