Elegant Senior Living Community in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon needs an experienced RCF Administrator / Executive Director to lead operations at their property.
Residential Care Facility Administrators Examination (RCFAE) is a state-prepared exam which, once passed, will qualify you for your Oregon State Assisted Living Administrator'
s license . Without this, you won't be qualified for the position.
Essential skills in this Administrator / Executive Director role include :
- Financial acumen
- Confident knowledge of State and Federal regulations for the Assisted Living / Memory Care / Senior Living industry
- Strong capacity to provide excellent customer service to residents and their families and loved ones
- Encouraging / uplifting mindset when it comes to leading & mentoring your team
- Ability to clearly communicate your expectations and to follow through & ensure accountability within the staff
Previous operations leadership experience in a senior housing setting is essential!
Ideal candidates will enjoy :
- Great salary in the $120K to $132K range (with the top end being reserved for those candidates who have stable previous tenure in their senior living leadership jobs, with a track record of success in compliance & meeting financial goals)
- Bonus program with which you can earn another 20% potentially each quarter when NOI and Customer Service benchmarks are met
