$41.61 / hr - $61.20 / hr

Location : Midwestern Region (Onsite)

Description

  • Develop and maintain automation workflows for infrastructure management.
  • Enhance dashboards to monitor device health and performance.
  • Assist in system upgrade cycles with validation and support.
  • Conduct testing of new releases and report issues for resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Provide feedback on new products and features during pilot phases.
  • Offer technical assistance to field support teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation workflows.
  • Create and manage monitoring dashboards.
  • Support system upgrade cycles and validate deployments.
  • Test new releases and report issues for fixes.
  • Collaborate with support teams for troubleshooting.
  • Test new products and features, providing feedback.
  • Assist field teams with technical support.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience in automation workflow design and development.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing monitoring dashboards.
  • Experience in system upgrade cycles and validation.
  • Ability to test and report on new releases.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and collaborating with support teams.
  • Ability to provide feedback on new products and features.
  • Experience in providing technical assistance to support teams.
