We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator for a client located in Carrollton, TX.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to use basic computer software applications.

Legible handwriting is required.

Ability to perform repetitive work.

Ability to work and communicate within a team and assume multiple daily roles.

Essential mathematical competencies up to and including some algebra

Ability to follow step-by-step instructions.

Ability to maintain focus and pay attention to detail.

Manual skills to operate machines, tools, and moving parts.

Able to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.

Must prioritize, stay focused, and handle multiple, diverse responsibilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

Ability to work an 8 to 12-hour shift.

Ability to report out and communicate in writing and verbal run status and daily run sheets.

Able to learn and retain product knowledge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Preferred experience in PVC profile extrusions and / or recycling.

Experience in plastic extrusion, compounding, or injection molding.

Prior years of experience in the field or related area.

Background in mechanics and electrical.

Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook.
