Job Title : Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (On-Site Only)
Job Description : We are seeking an AI Developer to join our team on-site to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative AI solutions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of artificial intelligence, leveraging the latest technologies to create a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement AI models and algorithms.
Train and fine-tune models to ensure robust performance and accuracy.
Integrate AI models into the live codebase, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Develop solutions involving voice models, text-to-speech (TTS), speech-to-text (STT), scoring models, image extractors, and similarity models.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models, iteratively refining them to enhance performance and usability.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, incorporating relevant findings into ongoing projects.
Document code, methodologies, and results comprehensively, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, and C#.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks, with significant experience working with large language models (LLMs).
Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
Familiarity with AI development frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with backend development, microservices, and system integration.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation : $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
