Job Description :
As a Promotional Representative, you will be at the forefront of event planning and
execution. Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify suitable locations,
set up event logistics, and ensure the successful hosting of events on behalf of our
clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Event Research :
Conduct thorough research to identify ideal event locations based on
client objectives and target demographics.
Negotiate with venues and vendors to secure the best possible terms and
pricing.
Logistics Coordination :
Plan and coordinate event logistics, including setup, equipment, and
materials needed for successful execution.
Ensure your event will be a positive experience for every customer.
Venue Setup :
Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring they align with the
client's branding and messaging.
Manage on-site coordination to guarantee a seamless event experience.
Client Interaction :
Act as a liaison between our agency and clients, providing regular updates
and seeking client input and approvals.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each
event.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Creativity and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency in event planning software and tools is a plus.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
