About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1121 To $1246 Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray Must-Have : State License Verification- Completed prescreen documentation- Resume and license verification attached- Covid test conducted 72 hours prior to start date, with results available 48 hours prior Job Description : Conduct therapy sessions as directed by a Physical Therapist- Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the appropriate personnel- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure ongoing patient care- Participate in continued education and training to enhance skills in physical therapy- Adhere to prescribed treatment plans, protocols, and safety measures Credentialing Checklist : Resume and references from three contacts- County Criminal History (7 years for all counties lived and worked)- Federal Criminal History (7 years or more)- Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)- HHS / OIG Search- GSA Search- Social Security Number Trace- SAM Search
