If you are an experiencedEstimator with strong people and communication skills that islooking for your next career opportunity, Gerber offers the stablework environment you need to be successful.

Gerber relies on our Estimators to be the voice of thecompany and lead customers through the vehicle repair process. OurEstimators are essential because they are the liaison between thecustomer and our insurance partners;

they play a critical role toensure the repair process goessmoothly.

JobResponsibilities

Builda relationship with vehicle owners, repairers and insurancepersonnel to negotiate costs and close customer sales, as well ascommunicate the importance of the satisfactionsurvey

Inspect,analyze and evaluate damaged vehicles to create a comprehensive andaccurate damagereport

Overseecompliance with all insurance client requirements, processes andmetrics when writing estimates including part selection, photodocumentation and uploadrequirements

Jugglemultiple scheduling estimates, arrivals anddeliveries

Providecustomers with accurate and timely information, guiding themthrough the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellentcustomerservice.

Participatein the final repair plan meetings after complete disassembly inorder to write accurate estimates / supplements and ensure timelyuploads of estimates / supplements asrequired

CompleteI-Car annualtraining

CompleteKPA safety training monthly and OSHA training asneeded

Managerepair plans according to OEM specifications and company standards,including Alldata, I-CAR, and the WOW OperatingWay

Attend / collaboratewith team during daily productionmeetings

Otherduties asassigned

MinimumQualifications

Worldclass customer serviceskills

1-3+years experience in a similarrole

Proficiencywith CCC One and familiarity with Aduatex and / or MitchellEstimatingSystems

Familiaritywith various insurance direct repairguidelines

I-CARor ASE Certifications are abonus
