We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure all software, systems, applications, and information systems comply with client organization Authority to Operate (ATO).
- Coordinate and procure all AWS space and services required to maintain the current system and scale appropriately for expected growth.
- Collaborate with technical team members, clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Assess and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to team members and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Health, Science).
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- 3+ years of experience managing agile technical teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications :
- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- Agile Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Experience managing large teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple tasks that vary in scale and complexity.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, provide high attention to detail, and respond to challenges with a high degree of adaptability, sound judgment, and comfort in establishing new directions and managing change.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients, project team members, and colleagues
