We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Technical Content Writer to work in Research Triangle Park , NC
Responsibilities :
- Support Curation of Narratives : Take direction from Program Manager on creation of narratives that would be captivating to a range of IT decision makers, from the technical to executive level
- Support Hosted Partner Events : Support Content Writer in execution and creation content and speaker logistics for monthly / quarterly webinars and regularly scheduled Partner Events to build a consistent audience and predicable forum
- Contribute to creation of presentations, infographics, and videos per content schedule
- Metrics : Provide weeky / monthy / quarterly / annual metrics to Program Manager to facilitate regular reporting cadence as required
- Administration : Flexibly Support program administrative tasks as required from creating, publishing, delivery, developing of content
- Social Support : Take direction from Program Manager and / or Content writer in daily / weekly content creation for social media engagement activities
Qualifications
Strong collaborative team player
- Self-starter willing to take initiative and ask for guidance as needed
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing.
- Familiar with Adobe InDesign or similar content layout program
- Conversant and interested in current IT technologies / trends (DevOps / Hybrid Cloud / IT-as-a-service / etc).
- Familiar with technologies a plus
- Experience with WordPress a plus
