As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist on the Marketing Automation Platform team, you’ll contribute to the promotion of our services to help retirement plan participants get the comprehensive financial advice they need.

- Developing emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Partner with technology team for event trigger communications and insights driven content personalization
- Proactive identification of non-stakeholder driven tech-debt
- Review email code, test and trouble shoot emails across multiple browsers and email clients using rendering tools such as Litmus
- Build new journeys, automations, and triggered sends.
- Work with APIs to link Salesforce Marketing Cloud to partner systems.
- years of experience as an email developer within an enterprise marketing automation platform
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and AMPscript
- Has a deep understanding of approaches to integrate SMC with other systems in an organization’s eco-system for incorporating dynamic and personalized content in emails
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design concepts
- Experience with Journey Builder
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.
