Housekeeper Wanted - House Cleaner Needed In Lacombe, La $20 / Hour For One Time, Quality Cleaning Services

Hi. I need your skills.

An empty house needs a one-time deep clean before move-in. It's not filthy, but it needs some attention. This might be a quick job, or it might take more time. I hope that you would get this house as move-in ready as possible, how you would like it if it was yours. : ) Also, I prefer non-toxic approaches, as much as possible, for example vinegar and light bleach and hot water instead of industrial chemicals.

House : ~1900 sq ft.

Tile floors throughout.

No furniture.

Kitchen with no appliances.

General :

The house is clutter-free, but dusty, with light mildew and spots or smudges on some surfaces.

Windows :

Old and slightly fogged. Their surfaces need cleaning. The window sills are full of dust and "crumbs" and need to be vacuumed out and cleaned as much as possible.

Closets and cabinets :

Need vacuuming and surfaces thoroughly cleaned.

Floors (tile) :

Need a thorough cleaning.

Kitchen :

Walls (painted) have a light coating of mildew and need to be thoroughly cleaned. Some other rooms may have surface mildew as well.

Bedrooms :

Surfaces need cleaning. Walls are varnished.

Bathroom :

Small. Needs vanity drawers cleaned inside and out, and a thorough cleaning of all surfaces : mirror, sink, cabinet, toilet, shower, floors, etc.

Fireplace (chimney closed off) :

Unused, decorative, but dusty. Needs cleaning.

Pump house (140 sq ft) :

Concrete floor, painted walls, small windows. All need a careful cleaning.

Other :

Anything / everything else that needs cleaning, please do.

Exterior (brick and paint) :

Pressure-wash exterior of house, pump house, shed : not needed for this job, but if you have these skills, too, add it to the list!
