The Role

Fidelity Investments has a Senior Analyst opening that represents an outstanding opportunity to accelerate an individual s career in data and technology by providing access oversight and assisting in the implementation of a privacy strategy at one of the top tier financial service companies in America.

This is a unique opportunity to join high performing, business-facing team that contributes to protecting the sensitive information of millions of customers and representing our privacy and security posture to thousands of corporate clients :

u00B7 Manage access oversight platforms, ensuring appropriate access is granted based on client contracts, internal policies, etc.

u00B7 Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and Relationship Management to meet emerging data privacy requirements and customer demands.

u00B7 Partner in the implementation of privacy by design principles, data minimization strategies, and provide insights to enhance privacy features in system and application development.

u00B7 Support the program management and expansion of customer protection programs, including International Privacy and ISO27701 Privacy Information Management System certification.

u00B7 Implement and enhance privacy policy and controls to support ongoing initiatives including mitigation of privacy incidents, ISO27701 certification and alignment to customer expectations.

u00B7 Analyze and respond to Data Subject Access Requests.

u00B7 Measure and monitor effectiveness of privacy programs.

u00B7 Support other ad-hoc technology, privacy or data governance initiatives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

u00B7 Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a technology-related field; or equivalent experience

u00B7 A passion for learning and protecting participant and client data.

u00B7 Interest in data privacy - CPRA, GDPR, state privacy laws, and Privacy by Design.

u00B7 The right candidate will have a desire to build upon existing work experience while being inquisitive and creative enough to bring new processes and technologies to life.

The Team

You will be a member of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence (CoE), partnering with experienced professionals currently dedicated to this space and reporting to Nate Kujawski.

The mission of the Customer Protection CoE is to protect the Workplace community of thousands of plan sponsors and millions of participants on our retirement and benefits platforms.

Fidelity's working model

blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
