Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Assistant Director, Supervisor for the School of Social Work (SSW)’s Office of Admissions.
Among the key duties of the position are the following :
- Serves as the primary unit responsible for recruitment and admissions for the undergraduate social work major and Master of Social Work (MSW) programs.
- Serves as an integral part of the Admissions leadership team, participating in the development and implementation of strategic recruitment and enrollment plans.
- Leads development and implementation of MSW recruitment events including open houses, information sessions, yield events, and other presentations for prospective students through careful analysis of prior year plans and data.
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to achieve outreach, recruitment, and enrollment objectives.
- Manages a large caseload of applications with independent responsibility for evaluation and communication of admission decisions.
- Utilizes professional knowledge and exceptional resources to evaluate transfer credit that will be applied toward the MSW degree.

- Three (3) years of direct practice experience.
Certifications / Licenses
