Title : Quality Assurance (QA) Licensed Nurse (LVN, LPT, RN)

Job Duties : The Quality Assurance (QA) Licensed Nurse (LVN, LPT, RN) will assist in the development, monitoring, and implementation of in-service care and recovery service plans.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Licensed Nurse (LVN, LPT, RN) organizes a system that will define the level of desired quality and develop a system that continually pursues, measures, and evaluates all aspects of treatment to improve client outcomes.

Schedule : Part-Time, Flexible (16-24 hours / week)

Qualifications :

• Nursing License Required (RN, LVN, LPT).
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.
• Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation principles preferred.
• Knowledge of Title 22, OSHA, and CARF.

About the Campus : Creating a warm, homelike program for the elderly is the goal of our Residential Care Facilities for Elderly (RCFEs.

Crestwood's RCFEs support independence, while providing health and wellness programs, managing both physical and behavioral problems, and promoting integrating into the community.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range : $33 $45 USD
