Security / Low Voltage Technician
gpac, an established and family-run Search Firm is partnered with a Low Voltage / Fire Alarm Company that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Technician to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire alarm systems, electronic security systems, CCTV systems, and low voltage wiring.
If you can work independently, be part of a team, are able to meet deadlines, and can work under pressure, then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems, electronic security systems, and CCTV systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire alarm systems and components.
- Respond to emergency callouts and repair faults.
- Ensure fire alarm systems are compliant with current regulations.
- Provide technical support to customers.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm, electronic security, and CCTV systems.
- PLT License preferred
- Focus on DMP, ExacqVision, Silent Knight Strong understanding of fire alarm codes and regulations
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
