Job Opportunity : Fraud Customer Service Specalist
Office Location : Draper, Utah
Compensation : $20hr
Are you experienced in fraud prevention and looking to advance your career? Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Fraud Customer Service Specialist.
In this role, you will :
- Protect customer accounts by identifying and responding to potential fraud
- Communicate professionally with customers, merchants, and financial institutions
- Investigate and document suspicious activity to ensure compliance and prevent losses
- Collaborate with your team to enhance processes and improve fraud detection efficiency
- Make decisions to escalate risky accounts and secure compromised accounts
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in fraud prevention or investigations
- Strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred :
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in a financial services environment
