Job Title : Estimator General Contractor (Multi-Family & Mixed-Use Commercial)

Salary Range : $100,000 - $125,000
I am representing a well-established general contractor based in Miami that is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team.
The company specializes in large-scale multi-family and mixed-use commercial units, with project values ranging from $20 million to $200 million.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for large-scale multi-family and mixed-use commercial projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy in cost estimations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in contract negotiations and value engineering discussions.
- Stay current with industry trends, material costs, and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate :
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator, specifically on large-scale projects ranging from $20 million to $200 million.
- Extensive experience in multi-family and mixed-use commercial construction.
- Proficient in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
