PBS8 PROPERTY MANAGER
We are seeking a dedicated Section Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LIHTC, Section 8, and OneSite, with exceptional customer service skills and a focus on upselling.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned property section
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and other regulatory requirements
- Utilize OneSite software for efficient property management
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective upselling techniques
- Manage lease agreements and ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations
- Handle administrative tasks related to property management
- Drive sales by promoting available units and amenities
Qualifications
- Proficiency in LIHTC, Section 8, and OneSite software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling
- Knowledge of contract management and administrative processes
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth
