Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the BigID platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and security.
- Configure and customize the BigID platform to meet organizational data governance and privacy requirements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Support internally developed applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams for deploying new features and updates.
- Manage hardware infrastructure supporting the applications, including upgrades and replacements.
- Plan and execute application upgrades with minimal service disruption.
- Test and validate new application versions before deployment.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in BigID and other applications.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
