Location : Remote Reports to : Vice President, Inside Sales About the role : Working closely with the VP, Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Manager will Responsible for all facets of growing and developing a high performing inside sales team (telephonic sales).

What you will do : Recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of 20-30 sales agents. Monitor a high volume of live and pre-recorded agent calls to grow talent and gather insights on the consumer experience.

Use performance data and operational reports to ensure agent and team attainment of sales and call center performance KPIs.

Exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest of ethical and compliance standards. Create a differentiated agent and consumer experience, as measured by best-in-class retention and Net Promoter Scores.

We're looking for people who have : At least two years of Medicare call center experience (sales preferred). Two years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing performance.

An active health and life insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire. Prior experience working on cross-functional teams that advanced new business initiatives.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and occasional weekends to help company meet objectives. Focus operating with purpose, urgency and accuracy.
