As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions.
You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and maintaining the quality and visual standards of the products and store.
This part-time role is based at Store #8583, located at 311 E Camelback Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85012.
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing excellent customer service and sales support
- Assisting customers in-person and over the phone to determine needs and recommend products
- Building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Accurately processing sales transactions and achieving sales targets
- Maintaining work order files and product formulas
- Stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning store equipment
- Assisting with deliveries, as needed
- Staying knowledgeable about products and suggesting sales improvement strategies
Minimum Requirements :
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications :
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- Previous experience selling paint and related products, and operating tinting and mixing equipment
