Site Medical Director - Diagnostic Radiologist with light IR Skills Opportunity in St. Augustine, FL

Envision is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Medical Director with light IR skills / mammo capability to lead our Radiology department at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital.

Work every other week with 26 weeks + 13 weekends off each year!

Position Requirements and Details :

• Start Date Bonus-$75,000
• Annual Medical Director Stipend
• Relocation Stipend- $10,000
• Annual Retention Bonus
• Productivity Bonus
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided

• CME stipend $5,000
• 401k (Full time employees) and parental leave
• Work every other week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• 13 weekends annually, can be covered remotely
• Must be comfortable performing light IR procedures (Paras, Thoras, Drains, etc.)
• Mammography skills are a plus
• Opportunity to work additional shifts with internal moonlighting available
• Certification and License : Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology

Full Time Compensation :

Estimated compensation is minimum of $512,500.00 / annually, and maximum is $750,000.00 / annually
