Zoom Vibe Co we are seekingenthusiastic and customerfocused Call Center Representatives tojoin our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible forhandling inbound and outbound calls providing excellent service andsupport to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customerinquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products services and companypolicies to customers
- Process orders returnsand exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to theappropriate department as needed
- Follow callcenter scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality ofservice
- Use computer systems to access andupdate customer accounts record interactions and trackprogress
- Meet or exceed establishedperformance metrics such as call quality average handle time andcustomer satisfaction scores
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centerrole preferred
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Strong active listeningskills and ability to empathize with customers
- Problemsolving and conflict resolutionabilities
- Proficiency in computer skillsincluding typing and navigating multiple software applicationssimultaneously
- Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
- Flexibility to workvarious shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
