Job Purpose
- The Assistant Zone Manager Business Operations will support Acura in respective assigned zone with launch and adoption of digital selling process and technology;
- support dealer engagement as a Large Project Lead (LPL) with evolving business initiatives such as the launch of ZDX and Omni-Channel Sales Experience (ODSX);
support dealers and field team with detailed communications, ad hoc analysis, and targeted dealer performance reports.
- Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- 4-year bachelor’s degree, business / economics relevant degree preferred
- Equivalent job experience and proven leadership capabilities and skill
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with PC based tools and applications
- 3+ years Honda / Acura Zone Sales, Training, Business Development, Market Representation experience or equivalent.
- 7-15 years’ experience in sales related environment
- Documented leadership experience or relevant training in people development
- Experience in negotiation to resolve business conflicts
- Workstyle
- 30% travel, including overnights, occasional requirements including weekends, evenings, holidays
- PC, data analysis skills essential
- Presentation and interpersonal skills are very critical
- Motivational and people leadership skills are essential
- Perseverance and determination in business target pursuit essential
- High expectation for performance without direct, present supervision
