Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, demonstrating professionalism and maintaining accurate data entry while assisting customers.
Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, accurately entering customer information and maintaining data integrity.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data, create reports, and generate summaries for management.
Requirements :
Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on phone support and data entry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and error-free data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to find creative solutions to customer issues.
Strong multitasking abilities, effectively managing data entry tasks and phone interactions simultaneously.
