Job Summary :
Nerd Power is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Management Agent to join our Sales Operations team at our headquarters in Gilbert, AZ.
This role is integral to our sales process, primarily responsible for calling and scheduling appointments for our Advisors, auditing existing sales pipelines, and tracking incoming leads.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable spending the majority of their day on the phone and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Appointment Scheduling :
- Call and schedule appointments for Advisors with potential clients.
- Reschedule appointments for homeowners as needed to ensure optimal scheduling efficiency.
- Pipeline Auditing :
- Audit existing sales pipelines to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
- Identify discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them promptly.
- Lead Management :
- Assist in tracking leads as they come in to ensure they are appropriately followed up.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment statuses.
- Communication :
- Regularly communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Ensure clear and professional communication at all times.
Qualifications :
- Language Proficiency :
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency with Google programs (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software and pipeline management tools is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills :
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle high-volume phone interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule :
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 12PM - 8PM MST.
Compensation :
- Salary : $36,400 annually, paid bi-weekly.
- Bonus : Performance-based bonuses are available based on the number of appointments scheduled versus open appointment slots remaining. Bonuses are as follows :
- 65% of slots filled : $250
- 75% of slots filled : $500
- 100% of slots filled : $1000
