S. and internationally. CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients.

A Brief Overview The Maintenance Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

This position is also responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems. As a Maintenance Manager, your overall responsibility will be to ensure that the facility and other property grounds at your assigned location remain in good working order.

What you will doDirect supervision of maintenance employees to include, hire, fire, and performance managements.Determines the appropriate materials equipment, and supplies to be used, as well as the appropriate use of equipment and personnel based on the scope of work to be completed.

Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, boiler, and other related systems in all health department locations.

Oversees the renovation of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities under the guidance of the Facility Manager.

Keeps client and CGL Facility Management informed of the progress and status of all open work orders, projects, staff attendance, and other activities to help ensure adequate use of resources and timely completion of work orders in a cost-effective manner.

Prepares records, reports, and other documentation related to work performed and supervision of staff in an accurate and timely manner.

Must respond to after-hours emergency calls from clients. Appropriate accommodations will be made for both time spent and associated costs incurred in response to after-hours situations.

Coordinates the completion of general repairs, such as painting, patching walls, security hardware and hanging shelves.Coordinates, inspects and oversees the completion of major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related systems within assigned location.

Complete all documentation required in compliance with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).Updates inventories and other supplies as needed.

Completes all work per the standards of the contractual agreements with the client, as well as CGL standards for quality and accuracy;

and all OSHA codes and regulations.Complete, and ensures direct reports complete, all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED Required orAdvanced training or degree in building maintenance, and skilled trades or other related experience Preferred4-6 years experience in building maintenance and supervisory experience Required2 years previous experience managing others PreferredHave solid knowledge of the following trades / skills : electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Must be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.Perform work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, as well as to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.

Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts.EPA & HVAC certification preferred but not required.Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

Microsoft Office skills required.Requires a self-motivated, team player who can multitask, and prioritize as well as demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact effectively with our clients.

The hiring range for this position is generally $55,100.00 to $69,000.00 , exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.

This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and / or experience.
